Ruchi Pandey, a kindergarten teacher at Kothar International School, is adored by students and colleagues alike. Her vibrant energy and warm presence light up the classroom, making her a favourite among the little ones. But Ruchi’s journey extends far beyond the school gates. “I’m so glad I chose teaching as my profession,” Ruchi says with a smile. “There’s never a dull moment when you’re surrounded by little ones full of curiosity and energy.” But with the increasing number of students, Ruchi knew she needed to expand her centre and equip it with better facilities—safe chairs and desks, a whiteboard, sensory-motor toys, and a library of books to engage the young minds.
