Roadblocks, but Getting Ahead with Determination and Hard Work

Starting the center wasn’t easy. Simranjit faced significant challenges, especially in securing the necessary capital to set up her business. “I needed money to rent a place, buy chairs, desks, whiteboards, and books. With this loan, Simranjit purchased new furniture for her coaching center, creating a more comfortable space for her students. “The new furniture made the environment more conducive to learning which attracted more students,” she beams. Her monthly earnings have now soared to an incredible INR 40–45K. “Investing in my coaching center has been incredibly rewarding. Seeing more students benefit from the improved facilities fills me with joy.”

Simranjit’s transformation from a home tutor to a successful coaching center owner is nothing short of inspiring.

“If you have a dream and the determination to pursue it, nothing can stop you,” she says, her eyes shining with conviction.

Looking ahead, Simranjit is brimming with plans to further expand her coaching center. She envisions adding more amenities and hiring additional teachers to provide personalised attention to each student. “My goal is to create an educational space where every student feels valued and supported,” she says with a hopeful smile.
